Helping you live your true gender

We are here to help you become your authentic self

At Northwest Trans Youth Clinic we support trans youth and their families by providing affirmative, compassionate and informed care.  We provide puberty blockers and cross sex hormone treatment for trans and queer people.   We understand your needs can change and evolve over time, and will work with you to find what suits you best.  Our work is developmentally appropriate for gender non-conforming children, teens, and adults.
